Looking like a cross between Wipeout and F-Zero, Low Grav Racer put’s you in control of a hover speeder where you must compete against other AI controlled racers across 12 tracks.

Allow me to begin by saying that there has certainly been a lot of hype surrounding Gameloft lately. There have been Brothers in Arms, Ferrari GT, Asphalt 4, and countless other hit titles in only a few months. So far, it would not be ridiculous to say that all of there titles are gems, and although sometimes a little pricey (by App Store standards) can provide a gamer with hours of enjoyment. Minesweeper. For many, it’s one of the first games you ever became addicted to. To others, it’s the game your mom is addicted to (and the only thing she knows how to work on her computer). Mines in Space is Minesweeper… except about 10x cooler, with four sides of awesome.

Every once and a while there’s an independent game that really shines despite pre-play impressions. Outer Space is that game. Don’t mind if what you first assumed seemed less than impressive. It’s a fun, varied, and extremely challenging game for $5.99. But is it worth that price?

Dude, your monkey is on fire, you should put that out. Burning Monkey is a fireman simulation where you have to extinguish flaming monkeys. No, not really it’s a casino game feature lots of different games like slots, poker and blackjack. It’s a very good casino game with some interesting little characters that you can play as. Looking at the AppStore right now it seems inundated with christmas themed games. Thankfully Christmas only comes once a year but if we must play one themed game then ElfRun from DOSO is a Christmas cracker among all the shovelware. [Read more →]
