Have you ever fantasized about throwing dead hookers into a river, and look as they float away? Ever thought about drowning that redneck that keeps swearing at you, and spits on your polished car? Ever dreamt about having your grandma eaten by a grizzly bear, and dragged into the water? Ever daydreamt about you taking [...]

The 90s were witness to many toy crazes. Pogs, Yo-yos, Tomagotchi, Beanie Babies and Troll Dolls to name but a few.

It is hard to tell which series of games that I have spent most time playing. In my mind Grand Theft Auto, Civilization, The Settlers, Resident Evil, Halo, Silent Hill and Super Mario Bros generally turn up when I ponder the question. If someone would go through my life, and actually count the hours I [...]

When a random video of Tony Hawk 2 being played on the iPhone was released a few weeks ago, it was met with a lot of skeptisism. Highlights include a game taking inspiration from the stealth gameplay found in Metal Gear, and the arcade antics of Pac Man. The Konami games vary in quality, and one of [...]

Some games are easy to get lost in for hours at a time. Then I forget all about it for several days until I feel inclined to yet again take the plunge. Plunging into the colourful world of Paradise Quest is marvellous, and I can match golden turtles until my eyes hurt. The lack of [...]

Have you ever felt entrapped in the classroom, conference room or cubicle you spend your days working in? Ever felt like escaping it all? The nameless businessman starring in Above seems to live out those feelings to the full. He looks like he shares the workplace with Hitoshi Susumu of Tomena Sanner fame. Sporting a [...]

Machball is an extremely fast paced casual game in which you must guide a ball to the goal using your fingers to create barriers to bounce the ball around. This game is quite boring, it’s almost like a game of pinball, but much less fun. In pinball at least, you’ve got the pins and little [...]

Had I been younger, and perhaps less cowardly when it comes to bodily harm I would definitely see myself getting into tall bike jousting. I had never heard of it before Tall Bike Joust emerged into the App Store. Basically it is jousting but instead of horses the combatants use customized bicycles. The lance is [...]

There are some things that you shouldn’t do. Licking a frozen lamppost, picking your nose after handling hot pepper and running with scissors. Running With Scissors:: Pre-Season is all about running as quickly as possible with scissors. It is a 2-d side scrolling platformer with a definite own twist. Instead of any virtual sticks, keypads [...]
