UPDATE: Duck Hunt has been pulled at the request of Nintendo!
As mentioned on our podcast this week. Duck Hunt has been released on the App Store. We have no word yet from Nintendo or Apple on how it got there, as it is quite obviously a blatent rip off and complete copyright infringement. From start up screen to the in game graphics, apart from the dog character missing it’s almost exactly the same, there is no sound. The controls are terrible however, with an image of an N64 control stick int he top right corner which you use to move your target. Your thumb gets in the way of you view of educks at times, and it just feels counter intuitive considering you could just tap on the ducks instead, or use tilt for targeting.
Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs!

Apple has to approve all apps for the apple store so apple knows where the game come from. You dumbasses

I see your point Buster, but the game should never had been approved, it shows that employees at apple that know nothing of games are in charge of AppStore approvals. There’s no way that this a is an official Nintendo product! And anyone with any interest in gaming would know this, and not approve it!

I know what your saying iPGN-nige. Apple is also a little slow on getting new apps out.
