Fishlabs have released their multi award winning racer ‘ Powerboat challenge’ onto the iPhone. We’ve had a quick hands on with the game, and so far it looks promising.
Featuring your usual racing modes of time trail, race and eliminator, you must pimp your boat and work your way up to be the best of the best. The graphics are of a high quality, with menu screens reminiscent of wave race, and in-game graphics feature strong texture work, boat models and detailed tracks… with the best looking effect being the water reflections. This does polish does come at a small cost of framerate drops. However, we’ll leave our final verdict until we’ve experience all the game has to offer. Look out for our review soon!
