Xgen Studios have sent word that their hit WiiWare game ‘Defend you Castle’ will be soon submitted to Apple for release on the AppStore.
You play the commander of your castle and must dispose of wave upon wave of attacking soldiers using the hand of god (your hand!). As you progress you can upgrade and repair your castle, special moves also become available, such as the ability to turn enemies against themselves and fight for you.
You can play a flash version on their website, but the WiiWare version was upgraded with a new graphical hand-made style which I find more appealing than the basic stick figures of the flash version. The Wii version obviously used the remote for control, so the iPhone version should feel like second nature, using multi touch to tap and drag enemies around. We’ll have a review copy in our mitts soon, so stay tuned.

Actually a clone of this game came out yesterday on the app store called StickWars Seige. I played the lite its not bad but theres some control issues that mess the game up a bit.
